ISO 9001 / 2000 Quality Endorsed Company

Several years ago Westmead Fertility Centre completed the auditing processes required for  ISO9001 / 2000 accreditation. The acceditation is a further assurance that you are getting the best service possible. Very few IVF facilities nationwide have received this endorsement.

Quality Policy Statement

Staff are committed to providing appropriate and effective treatment for couples experiencing subfertility. In order to maintain and improve the quality of the care provided, we are aware of our need to:

• treat our patients with the highest standard of understanding and respect

• offer all couples unbiased information to enable them to take an active role in their treatment

• offer appropriate support for the emotional and psychological difficulties as well as the physical problems

• provide treatment in a manner that is compatible with other aspects of a couples' lifestyles

• ensure that the treatments being offered are appropriate for that couples needs

• remain abreast of recent advances in the management of sub-fertility through the conduct of regular in-service meetings as well as attendance at suitable scientific meetings
