Weekdays 7.30am - 4.00pm.
Weekends & Public Holidays 7.30am - 3.30pm.

Blood Collection

Mon-Fri: 6.45am - 9.00am

Weekends & Public Holidays: 7.30am - 8.30am

Appointment times are given for medical and nursing consultations, ultrasound scans, treatment procedures and investigations such as semen analysis. Appointments can be arranged through our main Reception office during the above office hours.

Nursing staff

The nurses can be contacted by telephoning the main reception office number. If the office is unattended on the weekend an answering machine is connected to this number.

Please note due to limited staff availability at weekends, non-urgent enquiries may not be returned until Monday. On weekdays any call received before 3.30pm will be answered the same day.

Out of hours emergencies

A Westmead Fertility Centre specialist is available for telephone consultation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The duty specialist can be contacted for any out of hour emergencies by ringing the hospital switchboard on 9845 5555 and asking the operator to page the doctor on call
