Lifestyle information sheets for download
In March 2011, Westmead Fertility Centre hosted a free "Positive Steps" Lifestyle Seminar presented by International Lifestlye "Guru", Kelly Marshall. This was an overwheming success with patients gleening invaluable information on how to achieve their fitness and well being goals.
