Since 2003, Westmead Fertility Centre has undergone an extensive voluntary review to ensure that we are providing the very best service to you. As a result, we have earned the ISO 9001/2008 accreditation – an indication that we are reaching the highest international standard of quality management.

In addition, our laboratories are recognised by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) and we are fully accredited by the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) of the Fertility Society of Australia (FSA).

Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights

 

The Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights was developed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care and specifies the key rights of patients and consumers when seeking or receiving healthcare services.  It is also available in 17 community languages.
